what we've been up to

Since December we have...

Attended Ornament Night at her school.

Got her first pair of Nikes. 

And has since outgrown them, and is now in her second pair.

Christmas Lights around the neighborhood.

Second Christmas. She was much more into it this year.

Hit up the park as often as we can.

She loves pasta. We eat it every week.

Watched Frozen a gazillion times.

She is getting better about brushing her teeth. Still it can be a fight.

Her favorite way to eat is in his lap on the couch.

Meet Archer Renee, Isla's baby cousin.

Isla fell. 

We went to the ER. 

It was traumatic, and she survived.

We enjoy getting daily updates from school. She is so happy there.

Isla had to come to Open House at my school.

She enjoyed being in my classroom. 

Even more than that she loved interacting with my students.

She was wiped out on the drive home. She cried for 90% of the drive, and slept for the last 10%.
