16 weeks until race day! here is my training schedule for the week:
Monday: yoga
Tuesday: 25 minutes + strength training
Wednesday: 60 minutes (strides - short, fast runs of between 50 and 200 metres)
Thursday: 25 minutes + strength training
Friday: 30 minutes
Saturday: rest
Sunday: 11 miles
Sunday: 11 miles
