week three mileage: 15i feel a little stronger this week. wednesday night's run of only three base miles was the most difficult run of the week. took a bikram yoga class right before so that could be the reason. really love that class, might have to find another way to fit it into my schedule.
got some sweet new kicks in addition to replacing my old pair with the same shoe from last season. they were on sale! also got a couple new run pieces from the store. can hardly wait to test them out.
p.s. that's totally what i look like when i run on rocks.
