can't think of a better way to spend a lazy afternoon than under the shade of a big beautiful tree napping in a hammock. occasionally i find myself daydreaming of a sweet iced tea, nothing else to do endless summer day inside my beautifully landspcaped backyard. i can whip up the tea in no time. i will have to wait for summer... but, hey i guess spring will do, and that's coming up pretty soon. but the whole backyard fantasy is nowhere in sight. i'm trying to put inspiration pieces together in a cohesive manner so i know a little more specifically what i want. here's what i got...
cafe lights - a must. anyone know a good place to get some?
my main inspiration piece. the flagstone, the tablecloth, the quantity of greenery, and that stained glass... oh my!

the colors in this one are definitely more toned down. but, it still offers the same feel for me. i really need to figure out my borders. any tips?
i heart that trellis, and the multilevel feel of this one, also the camoflauged planters. i could do without that tile and replace it with flagstone like this...
as for the actual deck i like these seating areas, no fireplace though... but the trellis is adorable.
picturing a deck sort of like this... maybe with half of it railed and the other half with built in seating (and those planters again!). also not sure if i want the deck this level or closer to the ground.
as you can tell this process is def in the beginning stages of. i would love to see pictures of your lovely yards. i would also like any advice you want to dish out on the matter. what i am saying is... i need help!
P.S. i do know for certain that i must have a hammock (the inspiration for this post to begin with). i am torn between two very different but equally lovely choices. lend me your opinion.
