pumpkin whoopie pies

earlier in the day when we checked the temperature on weather.com it was 71 degrees. hello fall! we are ready for you here in dallas. to celebrate the falling temps i think i should whip up some of these pumpkin whoopie pies.

i feel like i am the only one NOT ready for fall. i want it to stay warm (not scoldering hot) all year long. :(
