Monday: 30 minute dreadmill run + weights
Tuesday: american power yoga
Wednesday: 60 minutes (strides - short, fast runs of between 50 and 200 metres) again
Thursday: 30 minute dreadmill run + weights
Friday: rest
Saturday: 1 miles warm up - Dallas Running Club Breakfast Bash 5 mile race - 1 mile cool down
Sunday: rest

i love that you include what you listen to when you run, its cute. and i like how you call it the dreadmill. lala!
miyan what do you listen to when you run? would like to add some new tunes to my playlist.
and i am doing my best to stay off the DREADmill, ha! love you! =)
i will try to dedicate a post to running soon- including my running jams- although i have totally gotten out of the habit :(
