marathon virgin: week nine

this week’s training mileage total: 28
longest run: 13 miles
cross training: zumba & yoga
favorite song on my run playlist: mushaboom by fiest (one of my all time favorite songs, ever.)

11 weeks until race day! here is my training schedule for the week:
Monday: yoga dvd at home
Tuesday: 3o minutes (strides)
Wednesday: 70 minutes (repeats)
Thursday: rest
Friday: 30-50 minutes run
Saturday: rest
Sunday: heels hills & him half marathon
