this week’s training mileage total: 19 miles
longest run: 6 miles with an average pace of 10:50
cross training: yoga, bikram, jumping up and down and two stepping at the brandon rhyder show at gilley's
favorite song on my run playlist: "let me think about it" by ida corr

17 weeks until race day! here is my training schedule for the week:
Monday: 25 minutes
Tuesday: 25 minutes
Wednesday: 50 minutes
Thursday: 25 minutes + strength training
Friday: rest
Saturday: 9 miles + yoga @ om in the park
Sunday: 25 minute recovery run
