week four mileage: 17
skipped tuesday's 3 mile base run because of school obligations. ran 4 miles with the group wednesday night and got my training shirt. it's short and wide... unlike me. oh well, it's still cute. it says "we run this city." loves it. ran 3 miles on the treadmill at the gym thursday morning before school (i.e. 5 AM, yuck). then saturday ran 10 miles in the bitter windy cold at the lake. so instead of the above picture i looked more like this.

Keep up the great job running! Can't wait for it to warm up here too - even a few degrees would be nice :)
