define loyalty

45 minutes left at work... thinking i can get a good blog out of that amount of time.

leaving this shitty town in a couple hours to go to the lake with my best friends for the weekend. very much looking forward to it as it should help take my mind off my husband leaving this morning. he just signed a special forces contract with the army for five years. whodathunk? it's all good though. when he left this morning is wasn't nearly as hard as i remember all the other times being. maybe we are finally getting the hang of this military separation thing after 4 years. reenlistment was an extremely difficult decision for us to make. in the end, we decided to stick it out together and support each other's dreams. consequently i am very proud of the strength our marriage exudes daily. but, i am certainly not trying to say that our marriage is perfect or newsworthy. i am only saying we put a lot of work into it and therefore get a lot out of it. it's one of my greatest accomplishments.
